Aion Therapeutic Inc. (CSE:AION) said it sold four patent applications and all associated data to Apollon Formularies PLC (AQSE:APOL), a UK-based international pharmaceutical company listed on the Aquis stock exchange.

In consideration for the intellectual property, Apollon issued to Aion Therapeutic a total of 4,348,679 ordinary shares of Apollon at £0.066 per share; and agreed to pay Aion Therapeutic an indefinite royalty of 4% of the aggregate net income generated from the intellectual property.

Ferro-Alloy Resources Ltd (LSE:FAR) said the expanded feasibility study at its Balasausqandiq vanadium deposit in southern Kazakhstan has already identified thicker intersections from infill drilling.

The junior extended its initial study plans to four ore bodies after an investment from mining backer Vision Blue, with the drilling program now 50% complete.

Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) said the first KPOP.Flex festival in Frankfurt last month should have been profitable, as it confirmed that 65,000 tickets had been sold and at higher than expected average prices.

San Leon Energy PLC (AIM:SLE, AQSE:SLE, OTC:SLGYF) has told investors it is in talks with its partner, Decklar Resources, to potentially extend an option agreement regarding the Oza field in Nigeria.

The company, in a brief statement, noted that the existing option agreement had an expiry date of June 30, in which San Leon could provide Decklar with an additional US$2.5 million loan. If exercised, it would have increased the AIM-listed company’s stake in Decklar to 15% from 11%.

Allergy Therapeutics said it will present 18 posters and hold two symposia at the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) 2022 this month.

These will include additional data from preclinical studies demonstrating the potential of its peanut allergy vaccine candidate (VLP Peanut); detailed results of the exploratory field study on the G309 hay fever vaccine; and preclinical and clinical studies examining the effect on pollen and house dust mite allergies of immunoBON, the group’s micronutrient Food for Special Medical Purpose (FSMP).

Reabold Resources PLC (AIM:RBD) has announced that it has appointed Anthony Samaha, who previously served as the company’s interim chief financial officer, as non-executive director.

Samaha’s new role follows Chris Connolly’s appointment as Reabold’s chief financial officer on May 13 this year, the resource-focused investment firm said in a statement.

The net asset value per share of KR1 PLC (AQSE:KR1) increased by 423% in the year to end December 2021 to 122.7 pence, with total profit for the year of £143,700.

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN, OTC: BSHVF) saw revenue rise 19% to $107 million in 2021, while production of 3,592 mtV was at the upper end of revised guidance. The vanadium miner posted an underlying loss of $7.5 million, but said it was profitable in the second half. Cash at the end of March was US$12.7 million. (Read more)

ADM Energy PLC (AIM:ADME, ETR:P4JC) said legal proceedings regarding its interests in the Barracuda oilfield have been adjourned until November 16, 2022, while settlement discussions continue with NNHL. If no agreement is reached, ADM said it will wait for the court’s decision. The interim injunction remains in effect until then.
