Eicher Motors Ltd fell 2.39% today to trade at Rs 2588.6. The S&P BSE Auto Index was down 1.5% to 24,824.32. The index is up 3.76% from last month. Among other index constituents, Balkrishna Industries Ltd lost 2.08% and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd lost 1.98% on the day. The S&P BSE Auto Index is up 14.32% over the past year compared to the 19.39% rise in the benchmark SENSEX Index.

Eicher Motors Ltd added 8.22% in the past month, against a 3.76% gain in the S&P BSE Auto Index and a 0.49% decline in the SENSEX. On BSE, 6,436 shares have been traded over the counter so far, compared to average daily volumes of 18,232 shares over the past month. The stock hit an all-time high of Rs 2995.35 on 27th September 2021. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 2110 on 07th March 2022.
